Dietary interventions for dyslipidemia

The prerequisite for any diet is that it nutritionally adequate, is, contains sufficient amounts of macro and micronutrients, in order to meet the recommendations. To do so, must include a wide variety foods. Fruits, vegetables legumes (beans, peas) are good sources vitamin A, C, folic acid, fiber minerals. Cereals derivatives (rice, flours, breads, etc.), especially whole grains, contain B vitamins, complex carbohydrates, fiber, as well small amount protein iron. Chicken, fish, beef eggs protein, iron vitamins. However, these last two food groups also rich saturated fats cholesterol therefore should be used or modified form. More specifically, following modifications considered: Total fat - recommendation total dietary not exceed 30% calories has goals, facilitate reduction intake promote weight when necessary. In this article focus mainly on interventions lipoprotein metabolism understood so far.
